24 hours per day, 365 days per year. There is no cost to use Phone
Express and it is immediately available to all IBC customers.
With your own personal identification code (PIN), you can obtain
the following information whenever you need it.
inquiry on checking accounts, savings accounts, time deposits
history on checking and savings accounts
YTD interest paid and current YTD interest paid
date, accrued interest, last interest paid on time deposits
inquiries for regular payment amount and next payment date
inquiries for payoff amount, payoff date and current and previous
YTD interest paid
